Wishing on Willows - Book Review

Robin is a widowed single mom that puts all her extra time into her cafe, Willow Tree.  Willow Tree was a dream that Robin and her late husband had together and she worked very hard to keep his memory alive. Things are great and predictable in her small Iowa town until Ian McKay comes to town.  His development company has come to tear down her cafe and the other businesses on her street to build condos that will help the town grow.

Katie Ganshert is the author of this book.  This is the first book of hers that I have read, but will be looking her up the next time I go to the library!

Turkey Season

 Turkey Season began on Saturday and Derek is all finished!!  He got this 21 lb double bearded turkey on Saturday morning.

This morning, he went and was home before 7 with this 20 1/2 lb. turkey

Tinsley Shea

 Miss Tinsley Shea, my new niece, was born last night at  7:30.  She weighed 7 lbs. 2 oz.  Shanna is SUPER WOMAN and had this sweet girl with no epidural!!  

Spring Break

 Yesterday, we had a great time letting the kids have a great time!  We went to the park and bowling.
