One year ago...
Today...
I can hardly believe that in 2 short months, my baby will be 2 years old! My how time has flown! Talk about 22 great months, these have been the best of my life!!! I am so thankful for Kylah and how smart she is, how helpful she is, how much she wants to please us (most of the time), and not to mention how cute she is. We are so blessed!! Kylah is...
- talking so much these days - I remember back to the days that I couldn't wait for her to say something that we could understand, now some days I wish she would not talk quite so much.
- singing herself to sleep some nights - it will bring tears to your eyes listening on the monitor after I have read her a story, said her prayers, and told her good night.
- getting pretty good with her colors - she likes to point to something and tell me what color it is, she is almost always right, but even when she isn't, she does tell me a color.
- spelling her name!! Well, actually she spells K-Y and that is as far as she goes, occasionally she remembers the L that comes next, but I'm still excited.
- good at telling me to "dop" (stop) at a red light and telling me to go when the light turns green.
- a little mommy. She loves to feed, burp, rock and even diaper her babies.
- starting to know her shapes. She gets a little confused on the difference between a circle and an oval, but almost always gets diamond, triangle and square correct.
- loving going to Big Red School!!
- sometimes shy these days, especially around people that she hasn't been around for a while.
- counting to 4 - she usually skips 1 and just says, "2, 3, 4" (even if there are only 3 things or if there are more).
- my pride and joy!!!

WOW - look how much she's changed and grown in a year! It's amazing when you look back at pictures just a year ago. Such a sweet little girl! :)
